"In Spring all the flower
blossom, and it's that time of year when you get to smell the flowers
- the tulips and the dandelions, and all those
beautiful flowers.
You can see there's a lot of love in this painting- red, pink, purple,
and gold - because when flowers are blooming it's like love. We
don't want to see the flowers closed up in their buds; we want to
see them open, joining with the world.
There is a little child on the
left-hand side of the painting;
it represents the love from
our moms and dads and grandparents."
